Registration with GoTrukker is Free & Convenient. You just need a mobile number, once you entered the OTP (Received thru SMS), you will get registered on the application.

GoTrukker provides a platform to connect the shipper (Consignor) with the carrier (Transporter) and driver. GoTrukker App collects all the shipments records, which can be accessed in reports form to analyze cost & performance.

Default time to get bids is 3 hours, however shipper can squeeze the bidding time by stopping the bid process anytime. Once bid GT team will make sure that vehicle reached at shipper’s location within the stipulated time.

Shipper can pay Cash on Delivery, online banking or other payment methods.

Shipper can create request for any number of vehicles required or he can just enter load weight (where carrier will decide the number of vehicle).

Yes, Once the bidding timer is closed, shipper will select counter offer option on any of the bids and enter his required rates. Counter offer rates will be communicated to carrier for either acceptance or rejection.

Carriers registered cannot quote rate unless verified & approved by GT operations team. Carrier performance will also continuously checked through customer & field staff feedback and trip ratings.

GT Shipper App include features of real time tracking & status of each POD. Shipper just need to access his application and can view any POD status and live location.

Currently, We are not charging any service or subscription fee.

POD document will be created on GT App and downloadable by shipper, carrier as well by driver, whenever they required.

Yes, Once Carrier get registered thru his mobile number. Carrier will attach his ID copy along with other business registration details for verification & approval of GT team.

Once registered, carrier can select and bid on any available shipment request in GT Marketplace

Yes, Carrier can quote for any quantity or number of vehicles, against shipper request on GT app.

Registration of carrier is free of charge. GoTrukker will only take minimal commission for each POD processed on GoTrukker Application.

Driver & vehicles will be added by registered carriers. Carrier can add unlimited numbers of vehicle or driver in his account.

Yes, on addition of vehicle/driver, carrier need to attach scanned copy of driver’s CNIC, license and vehicle registration documents for verification from GT Team.

Driver performance rating (based on customer’s feedback) will be available on GT Apps & Website, to incentivize the best performing drivers and help the fleet owners to find & hire professional skilled drivers from our website.
